Behind every successful delivery is a strong operational team — and we’re now looking for a Transport Administrator to help keep our fast-paced transport department running smoothly.

The Role

As a Transport Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our transport team, ensuring motorcycles are moved efficiently between sites and customers receive a professional, seamless service.

This is a varied administrative role involving customer communication, payment processing, transport coordination, and operational support. You’ll work closely with drivers, sales teams, purchasing departments, and management to ensure everything runs efficiently and on schedule.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Processing customer payments accurately and efficiently using internal systems
• Liaising with customers to arrange and confirm motorcycle deliveries and collections
• Supporting drivers with day-to-day communication and operational enquiries
• Coordinating with sales and purchasing teams to support transport operations
• Maintaining accurate transport schedules, customer records, and payment information
• Monitoring motorcycles in transit between sites and managing related inventory records
• Supporting the Transport Manager with administrative tasks and operational planning
• Assisting with vehicle breakdown coordination to minimise downtime
• Ordering and managing transport consumables and driver equipment
• Identifying and resolving operational issues to maintain service standards

What We’re Looking For

Essential Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in an administrative or coordination role
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload effectively
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Confident using Microsoft Office and Windows-based systems
• Strong communication skills with a professional and customer-focused approach
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and use initiative

Desirable

• Previous experience within transport, logistics, or fleet operations
• Customer service experience, particularly handling customer queries and problem resolution
