Admin / Marketing Assistant – Jobs Growth Wales Funded
The Jobs Growth Wales scheme is funded by the Welsh Government with the support of the European Social Fund. This investment will support the creation of thousands of new job opportunities for 16-24 year olds.
You will need to provide a referral letter from either Job Centre Plus (if you are aged 18-24), or from Careers Wales (if you are aged 16-17) to show you are eligible.
Location:Pontypridd (Treforest Industrial Estate)
Pay: National Minimum Wage
Hours of Work: 40 per week
Occupation: Administration Assistant
Sector: Administration, Business and Office Work
The role is with a leading recruitment company which is rapidly growing. They are looking to recruit additional members to join their small team in Treforest.
Your main job will be to research companies that are recruiting (mainly online), inputting their company details onto our CRM system and sending a template e-mail. Full training will be provided.
Working hours are Monday – Friday 8.30 to 5.00.
Desirable personal qualities
Ideally you’ll have some marketing / admin / sales / recruitment knowledge along with good English and Maths skills.

Not be in full time education (fulltime education is 16 hours and over)
Not be on a Welsh Government work-based learning programme
