Job Description

You’ll already have advising experience and will be confident dealing directly with clients, understanding complex scenarios and structuring finance solutions to meet individual objectives. You’ll be commercially minded, client-focused and passionate about property and finance.
The Role
As a Bridging Finance, Development Finance & Commercial Mortgage Adviser, you will:
- Advise clients on bridging loans, development finance and commercial mortgages
- Manage cases from initial enquiry through to completion
- Understand client objectives, property details and exit strategies
- Package cases for lenders and liaise with solicitors, valuers and case managers
- Manage your pipeline while delivering excellent client service
- Follow the sales process and ensure compliance at all times
Experience & Skills
Ideally, you will have experience in some or all of the following:
- Bridging finance (regulated and unregulated)
- Commercial mortgages
- Development finance (light refurb to ground-up schemes)
- Portfolio landlords and professional investors
- Semi-commercial property
- CeMAP is preferred but not essential. Commercial finance qualifications are desirable but not essential.
