We’re looking for an inspirational and driven Executive Director to lead our Financial Governance Division within the Isle of Man Treasury.
We believe the Island is a great place to live and work and within this position, you will have responsibility for ensuring excellent financial governance throughout the Isle of Man Government and the delivery of stable, sustainable public finances.
Reporting directly to our Chief Financial Officer, you will be responsible for leading the division to deliver a quality service.

Excellent leadership, motivational and interpersonal skills will be vital to enable you to work effectively with politicians and other senior leaders across Treasury and wider Government to enable us to succeed.
You will need to hold a relevant accountancy qualification and have experience in a senior financial management role. We are looking for someone with experience of managing financial control and governance systems at a senior level, who also has experience of effective change management and policy development.
