Experienced Office Administrator with Good IT Skills
Kavendor holds a number of successful brands at this time including the award-winning Comfizz range of medical garments and this is the area of the business the administrator will primarily be involved.
As our office administrator, you will be a key person in the day to day running of a small but busy office. We use IT systems to collate enquiries (emails, social media, web enquiries etc), manage stock and deliveries and to hold customer data. We are looking for someone with basic IT confidence to be able to work with these systems and use IT support to trouble shoot when occasionally required. You will be part of a family business within a team of 7 people where everyone matters. We have a relaxed approach, based on trust and expectation of each individual to perform to their best, as we believe that this is where true job satisfaction lies. So we provide free-flowing tea & fresh ground coffee as well as the occasional team breakfast or lunch. In return we expect you to bring your professional work attitude to work every day.
Office admin experience is required but full training will be given on our systems and procedures. Excellent telephone manner essential along with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude. We are looking for someone ready to learn, take on the responsibility and be accountable. As a key member of a small team, you will gain a wide range of skills/experience. You will work closely alongside your colleagues and since we are a small company, you will be expected to occasionally assist in their roles when required.
