22-30 hours per week

£12.21 per hour plus tip. Salary should work out to circa £25k

We are looking to recruit a full time front of house member to start as soon as possible.

We are an independent, family run business situated in a nice neighbourhood of Bristol. We have been open for 15 years now and have a good loyal customer following. We run the restaurant to a high standard at all times and love to serve consistently good home cooked food.

We are looking for someone with at least 18 months experience working front of house in a busy environment.

Hours will be between 22-30 per week, with a possibility to pick up more hours if you want. It is usually a four day working week unless someone is on holiday, you will then do a five day week, potentially. The role is mostly night shifts starting between 5pm and 6pm working until no later than midnight, there will be some day shifts required also.

The hourly rate will be higher than the national living wage depending on experience, you also receive tips which can range from £5-£10 per hour on top of your hourly rate.

You will get a delicious meal per shift worked, if working all day you will be fed twice. Coffee, tea and soft drinks are also available to you at no extra cost.

This is a really good place to work with a team that doesn’t change often. I have been working for the restaurant for 13 years as has the assistant manager.
