Quality Assurance Officer Department: Compliance Starting Salary: £16,000 – £17,000 Job Type: Full Time 35 Hours (in-house) Hours: Monday to Friday between the hours of 9:00am – 5:00pm Reports to: Quality Assurance Team Manager
Main Purpose of the Role:
As a Quality Assurance Officer you will be responsible for all the quality monitoring and reporting in the business. You will be accountable for your own daily workload, and provide detailed quality and compliance documents whilst in line with business requirements.
The candidate should be focused, meticulous with details and able to plan and organise their day. If you are able to trust your own judgement and decision-making skills, and are looking for a new challenge then we want to hear from you!
Duties and Responsibilities:
Impartially assess and audit calls based on specified markers
Ensure call handlers adhere to company values and expectations
Understand our regulatory framework and monitor calls accordingly
Required to concentrate for long periods whilst marking calls
Ability to plan and organise your daily workload
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Reliability and flexibility shown within the role
Ability to use own initiative
Attention to detail
Judgement and decision-making
Customer service orientation
Data collection, management and analysis
Experience of working in quality department preferable (not essential)
