AlertSystems have a Sales Ledger vacancy (100% site based)

Sales Ledger role –

• Producing invoices and credit notes
• Chasing outstanding debt
• Dealing with customer queries in a professional and timely manner
• Running customer statements
• Customer credit checking
• Providing month end customer reports
• Ad hoc duties as required including taking credit card payments over the phone

Essential skills –

• Previous experience of working in Sales Ledger is desirable (preferably 1+ years).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Numerical competency.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office.
• Good keyboard skills.

AlertSystems offers –

• 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday (site based).
• £24,000 – £26,000 per annum
• 22 days holiday per annum (increasing with length of service) + Bank Holidays + an extra day off for your birthday.
