
Service Manager Advice Services
Hours: 21.75 or 29 hours per week over three or four days
Salary: £37,252.32 pro rata plus 3% workplace pension
Contract status: Part time Permanent
Responsible to: Deputy Chief Executive Officer
We are looking for a skilled leader who is passionate about giving an effective advice service to those most in need and enjoys supporting team members to achieve good quality outcomes for people.
The role will involve leadership and management of existing advice and training services, and have the drive to develop them, so we continue to be relevant to people living and working in Warrington. The post-holder will have overall responsibility for the management of our quality of advice and information assurance.
You would be part of the management team, which works together to meet the organisation’s objectives, including improving client access to services, diversifying and increasing income and working with community partners. You will lead the implementation of service improvements and changes, and strategic and operational plans, as well as supporting the development of new services and funding streams.
This role combines strategic oversight, operational management, and staff supervision to maintain excellent service standards, deliver organisational objectives, and respond to local community needs.
