Solicitor Licensed Conveyancer
J W Hughes & Co LLP are looking to recruit a Fee Earner to deal with residential conveyancing matters.
Key responsibilities
- Managing your own caseload and taking instructions from Clients
- Dealing with sales, purchases and re-mortgage transactions (freehold and leasehold properties)
- Drafting contracts, collating and checking and preparing legal and financial documentation
- Exchanging Contract and completing transactions
- Dealing with all financial aspects of the transaction
- Liaising with Agents, Borrowers, other Solicitors as necessary
The ideal candidate will:
- Have good organisation skills and perform work accurately and reliably
- Provide excellent client care, with strong communication skills
- Possess strong IT skills
