About the Role
Baillies Marquees is looking for an experienced marquee rigger to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. The role involves installing and dismantling marquees and temporary event structures for weddings, corporate events, festivals, and private functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Installing and dismantling marquee structures
- Rigging frames, covers, and linings
- Installing flooring, lighting, and event equipment
- Driving company 3.5T vans to transport equipment to and from event sites
- Loading and unloading equipment from vehicles
- Working efficiently as part of a team during builds and derigs
- Following safe working practices on all sites
Requirements
- Previous marquee rigging experience essential
- Experience driving 3.5T vans required
- Full UK driving licence
- Physically fit and able to carry out manual work
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Ability to work well within a team
