Administrative Assistant
We are currently looking to recruit an Administrative Assistant / General Secretary to provide admin support to a family law solicitor.
This is an office based role in Cardiff with casual / flexible working hours. Please note, this is a self employed opportunity and you’ll be required to work to suit the demands of the business.
There is a likelihood that the opportunity will develop into more regular working hours.
Hiring a general secretary with strong administrative skills / Secretarial skills who lives locally in the Cardiff area.
Your main duties will include;
- Invoicing
- Filling
- General Admin
Knowledge of law would be beneficial but not essential. You must be well organised, proactive, professional and conscientious.
