If you love customer service and providing customers with the best experience, then this is your role.
You will be handling both telephone and email enquiries and being target driven to convert enquiries to bookings.
We will provide you with full product knowledge training so that you can ensure our customers have a fantastic experience every time they use Waste King’s services.
We are a people focused business and are looking for great new people to join our team.
Remuneration:
On Target earnings of between £25,000 – £32,000 (depending on experience)
The Role:
- Working within our customer service team
- You will be an excellent listener to understand client’s needs.
- Providing excellent customer service
Requirements:
- Fantastic verbal communication skills
- Can-do attitude and a positive mindset
- Computer literate to process orders accurately and email with good English
