Working Days: 5 in 7 days, Monday to Sunday, 09:30am – 18:00pm

Main Purpose of Role
Deal with any incoming customer enquiries, ensuring that all customers are receiving the best service.
Responsibilities
- Deal with any incoming customer enquiries through our omnichannel CRM platform and ERP system, delivering excelling customer service.
- Deal with any customers in our Gloucestershire showroom, delivering excellent customer service.
- Liaise with other departments within the company to help resolve customer enquiries.

Qualifications & Experience
- Experience of CRM and ERP systems
- Minimum of 1 year customer service experience
