Wage/Salary:
- Support Worker (07:00 – 21:00)
- Monday to Friday: £12.96 per hour
- Saturday Sunday: £14.58 per hour
- Bank Holiday: 1.5 times usual weekday hourly rate
Waking Night:
- Monday to Friday: £12.96 per hour
- Saturday Sunday: £14.58 per hour
- Bank Holiday: 1.5 times usual weekday hourly rate
Sleeping Night:
- Monday to Friday: £76.66 per shift
- Saturday Sunday: £79.90 per shift

About this client:
MW (85), is an older gentleman that suffered a traumatic brain injury as a result of a road traffic accident and now requires 24 hour care. He lives with his wife and is regularly visited by his children and grandchildren. They live in an adapted property that is level access throughout and space for the 24 hour care package.
MW is unable to communicate his needs, but the care team know him well so are able to pick up on cues and his behaviour to work out his needs. MW is hoisted for all transfers and uses a wheelchair for his mobility. The care team need to provide support and assistance with all aspects of self-care and daily life.
Overview of role: To work alongside other support team members to provide care and support for MW to ensure his daily needs are met.
Shift pattern: Part time hours, shift patterns can vary and could include day and night shifts, but this is up for discussion.
