Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 + Commission (OTE £50,000 – £60,000) commission structure + use of company car + laptop/phone

The role: Working alongside the current highly skilled sales and customer service team, your main focus will be to attract new business. You will have exclusivity in your own territory calling on any potential new customers, domestic or commercial. You will be responsible for managing your own diary and reporting back on your KPIs.
The key function of this position is to manage a specific portfolio, building relationships with existing, lapsed, and new customers to promote, retain and sell a broad range of our services. As a field-based role, the individual will be expected to visit customers and prospects and be out of the office at least 3 days per week. They will be expected to attend the office in Leighton Buzzard one day per week.
The person: Responsible for securing new business, the ideal candidate will be energetic, determined, driven and hungry for success with a passion and energy for sales.
