Grounds Maintenance Operative

Enviro is a growing, family-run landscaping company based near Bristol, and we’re hiring entry-level grounds maintenance operatives.

No experience needed – we’ll train you on the job.

What you’ll be doing:

• Mowing lawns
• Hedge cutting & strimming
• General outdoor maintenance
• Keeping sites clean and tidy
• Working as part of a friendly team
• Hours of 7:15am to 4:30pm

Driving:

A driving licence is helpful, but not essential. Non-drivers are welcome if you plan to pass in the future.

Please note, there is no public transport to the yard.

Pay:

• Ages 18–20: £20,880
• Ages 21+: £24,750

Location:

We are hiring at our Tormarten yard (GL9) – shifts start and finish here.
