Lettings Team Member
Strawberry & Co create and manage beautiful, all-inclusive co-living for young professionals across Kent & Bristol. We are on the lookout for an outstanding candidate to bolster our small and friendly team.
We are looking for a Lettings team member who takes pride in their consistently high standard of work. A proactive person by nature with an exceptional eye for detail. The successful candidate will be reliable, conscientious and always looks to exceed expectations.
Reporting to our Lettings Manager you will work within our brand strategy and company values to deliver exceptional service and high quality co-living homes to our housemates.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Organise and attend property viewings
- Handle incoming and outgoing emails and phone calls
- Assist with the search for housemates for our properties
The successful person will:
- Be self-motivated and take pride in their work
- Have energy and enthusiasm
- Have excellent attention to detail
- Be friendly and confident
- Have competence to perform computor based administration
- Be a friendly team player, with a collaborative approach
- Be well presented
- Hold a clean UK driving licence

Hours: 32 – 40 per week
Pay: £26,000 – £28,000 [Pro Rata]
