Pilates Instructors (Mat & Reformer)
Locations: Roles available in Bristol & South Wales (Pontyclun and Aberdare)

Pay: £30–£40 per class (depending on role and location)
At Pilates Class we support new and established studios to grow their team of talented Pilates Instructors. We are currently recruiting for 3 brand new studios located across Bristol and South Wales. If you’re interested in working in any of these locations – we’d love to hear from you!
With multiple studios launching and expanding, we’re looking to connect with both Mat and Reformer Pilates instructors who are passionate about helping people move better, build strength, and feel confident in their bodies.
The Role
As a Pilates Instructor, you will deliver safe, engaging and inclusive group classes while creating a welcoming environment that supports clients of all abilities.
You will:
- Deliver high-quality Mat or Reformer Pilates classes
- Provide clear instruction and effective verbal cueing
- Adapt exercises for different abilities, injuries, and experience levels
- Create a supportive and inclusive class atmosphere
- Build rapport with clients and help create a positive studio community
- Maintain high professional and safety standards
Some opportunities may also be available for experienced instructors interested in leadership or mentoring roles as studios grow.
What We’re Looking For
Essential
- Recognised Pilates qualification (Mat and/or Reformer)
- Valid public liability insurance
- Strong understanding of movement safety and anatomy
- Confident, clear and engaging teaching style
- Professional, reliable, and punctual
Newly qualified instructors are welcome to apply if they demonstrate strong communication skills, professionalism, and enthusiasm for teaching.
