4Winds, a mental health charity based in Cardiff is looking to appoint:

Primary Care Practitioners (up to 3 roles available with hours ranging from 16 hours up to 35 hours, to be negotiated on offer). 

Salary is currently £14.92 per hour (pay award pending), based on a 35 hour working week, 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays pro rata and 6% employers contribution to pension scheme.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to deliver guided self help, psychoeducational support and social prescribing within Gp surgeries (working with Cardiff City and South Gp cluster in Grangetown and Butetown and the South West cluster covering Riverside, Leckwith, Canton, Pontcanna, Ely and Caerau.

The roles available will focus on early intervention, supporting people to better understand and manage their mental health, while connecting them with appropriate services and community support. You will work with individuals experiencing common mental health difficulties including anxiety and depression, offering structured, practical support that can make a meaningful difference to their everyday lives.
