Sales & CRM Lead

The Job:
- We are looking for someone to lead the development and delivery of ticketing, CRM and sales strategy across Stoller Hall, Chetham’s School of Music and Chetham’s Library.
- The postholder will take strategic ownership of Spektrix and audience data, using insight to support sales growth, audience & fundraising development.
- They will lead pricing, ticketing and sales approaches while ensuring that commercial objectives are balanced with accessibility and inclusion.
- They will work closely with Marketing, Operations, Development, Chetham’s School of Music and Chetham’s Library, as well as promoters, agents and external partners.
- This is a full-time position, worked during weekday daytime hours, with a requirement for flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
In Return:
- Salary: commencing on £29,887.85 to £31,247.34 per annum (Scale Points 18-20) – Subject to pay review.
- 20 days per year plus bank holidays.
- Subsidised lunches during term time, and free tickets to selected concerts.
