School Administration Support and Receptionist
Chetham’s is seeking a School Administration Support and Receptionist. You will support Chetham’s and its visitors, welcoming them, ensuring effective and efficient running of the Reception office, and undertaking the full range of School administration.
The job
- Monday-Friday from 08.00-15.00 plus an additional 10 days per year to cover key events, including Exam Results Days (2 days) and the Staff Conference (1 day). There may also be the occasional weekend to assist with New Student’s Day or Induction.
- The role involves greeting and interaction with employees, students and parents, as well as all other visitors to the organisation, plus broader duties including general administration and incoming and outgoing post.
- The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a School administration role.
In return
- You will be paid from SCP 12 £19,134.09 (£25,456.17 FTE) to SCP 14 £20,292.04 (£26, 996.72 FTE).
