

Site Administrator (FTC for 15 months)
Location: Par, Cornwall, United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland
Hours of work: 37.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday (between the hours of 7am and 4pm)

The job role
Working within the Site & Procurement Team, you will provide efficient and effective administration support to Plant Management Team, administering procurement activities.
The main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Personnel and Payroll input
- Raising purchase orders
- Stock management and procurement of site consumables, including chemicals
- Inventory admin
- Ensuring that required training and medicals across the sire are recorded and organised
- Month End and Reporting

You will:
Have a background of working within Admin or Payroll, with experience of working within a fast-paced environment.
The right candidate will:
- Have GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English
- Be organised and able to multi-task
- Have excellent communication skills and be a real people person
- Be proficient in the use of IT, ideally having used SAP and Google Drive previously
- Work collaboratively within a team
